Located on the southern  sasan dist. Of Gujarat (43 km from Somnath , 65 km from Junagarh and 350 km from Ahmedabad). The topography of the region is supports western dry  deciduous forest.This wildlife sanctuary is the home for different species of flora and fauna, which covered with different species of cactus and dry throne type of plan. Flora of the sanctuary comprise the cactus, casuarinas and Bamboo. Fauna Leopards are the main attraction at here other then Blue bull,  Hyena, Jackel, deers, rabbits, , four-horned antelope, chinkara, black buck, Indian muntjac, and wild boar etc., Varieties of birds and reptilian species etc.)

Closing of the sanctuary: 16^th June to 15^th Oct.  ( During Monsoon)

Day1- Junagarh-SasanGir ( 1.30hr drive+ visit)

Upon arrival Junagarh or any nearest point transfer by road to Gir National park , check in a nice hotel  and after fresh up afternoon meet the wild Asiatic lions and birds on nature while Rumble around the national park by 1^st open jeep safari.

Day2- Gir National park/ 2 oepn jeep safari-

Early standup for the 2^nd  jeep safari and drive towards the core area- no-4, overlook the photographic view of the sanctuary. and meet wild Asiatic lion on nature with cubs. (90% chances to sight the wild lioness  on nature).

Afternoon 3^rd open jeep safari to meet the wild leopard on natural (wildlife sighting is depend upon your fortune)  . overnight at the same hotel  and relax with camp fire and mouth watering dinner.( Siddi tribal dance on  request )

Day3-Gir National park–Departure

Morning again one safari (4^th safari) and after breakfast departure for your onwards destination.
