Suggested Itinerary:-
Day1-Bhubaneswar Railway Station-Satkosia wildlife sanctuary/ south – Badmul (3hr drive+visit)
Morning Upon arrival Bhubaneswar Railway Station meet our representative and transfer to Badmul- south of Satkosia Wildlife sanctuary. Afternoon safari inside the core area by our own vehicle.
Overnight stay in a nice eco tent on the Mahanadi river bed.
Name of resort- satkosia eco sand resort.
Including: Lunch & Dinner
Day2- -Badmul- Satkosia wildlife sanctuary / south
Morning boating on Mahanadi river and see the scenic beauty of Mahanadi with natural jungle ambiance. Nature walk along the Mahanadi river and meet the birds and animal on nature.
Overnight at the same eco cottage.
Including: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day3- Satkosia – Putudi water fall- chakapada unique ancient shiva temple- Phulbani( 6hr drive)
Morning proceed towards to nice high hill area of orissa- Phulbani (900mt above than sea level).
Enjoy the senice view of gerogeous water at Putudi and visit the unique ancient shiva temple at chakapada – inside deep jungle area. Then overnight stay in a nice clean and comfort hotel at Phulbani. Hotel royal plaza or equivalent.

Chakapada: ancient shiva temple -1000yr old , in side of deep forest ( name of that shiva Linga- is Birupakhya and its related to legend shiva puran, after getting amrita linga from shiva by ravana- the demon king of lanka- he strait drive to srilanka but due to afternoon tarpan he serch to find the place to whom I replace this linga for the moment at last he got a cow boy in the deep forest ( the different disappear figure of god Ganesha) and he handover for the moment for his tarpana but during that time the cowboy- ganesha put that lingam on ground and after returning ranvan couldnot take that lingam to his home and by force he try to took that lingam – on his force the lingam turns into south – though srilanka is south direction. Miracle of today is that place even the natural sal tree growing on that place turn towards south – and the temple too.
Day4- Phulbani- Gopalpur- Berhampur (6hr drive+visit)
Morning proceed towards Gopalpur-on-sea after couple of hr on beach drive toward Berhampur railway station / board the evening train for your onwards journey(Calcutta).
Note: 1- Badmul is a small village in Nayagarh,(120 km from Bhubaneswar) on the foothills of majestic mountains and on the other side one would see the serenity of magnanimous Mahanadi River meandering through the golden sand bars. The alarm call of Spotted Deer & Sambar makes one realize that Satkosia is a Tiger Reserve after all. It’s the jungle of Leopards, Dholes and Wild Cats. The crocodiles basking on the white sands on a wintery morning, with the barckdrop of rising sun is a picture that is real here.
Feel the joy of spending nights in the Tents amidst the wilderness of dense and shady forests in your backyard. The whispering sounds of ripples of the following river, mixed with the melodic chirping of birds makes its way through your luxurious tents, rejuvenating your mornings. 2-Phulbani- very nice place of south central part of orissa in aboard of every green hill and full of nature , the core point of tribal land and very faithful people, near of it one of the gorgeous waterfall- Putudi , which is one of the main river of orissa- the Rusikulya is about 17 km far from there, altitude and climate is of same like Daringbari -900mt from sea level (Daringbari is about 100 km from Phulbani)It also a district head quarter and nice clean accommodation and restaurant is near by for tourist.
3-Though the eco tent at Badmul has 3 so maximum it can accommodate 6 pax but you know I have four double tent more , so no worry about the accommodation.
