The tribal of Chhattisgarh celebrate various festivals throughout the year. Navakhana, Mati Puja, Goncha and Bastar Dusshera are some of the festival they celebrate.

Entry fee- No entry fee to visit their village and weekly market
Group dance charge– We have very good social and local relation with the tribes and tribal chief so the price doesn’t fix / there is no telephone communication (or very poor tele signal) with their core villages so we can organize this program on spot (subject to local condition)- for more detail please contact us- your little payment may preserve and continue an age old culture// it is life time memorable.

Suggested Itinerary:
D1-(sat)- Raipur- Charma- Kanker (180km-4.30hr drive+ visit)
Upon arrival morning flight at Raipur airport/ (morning train from raipur Railway station) meet our representative and drive towards to Kanker. Visit the most interesting pre-historic rock art and rock selleter point at Charma jungle zone/ (with the help of local- we have very good local relation )
Overnight- Kanker
D2-(sun)- Kanker- Muria tribal village/ Weekly market-Kondagaon- (180km-4hr drive+ visit)
Meet the most colorful Muria tribe at their isolated village of Bastar jungle zone / excursion their lifestyle and enjoy the Gotul group dance at the village ambiance and afternoon also visit the grand weekly market of Muria at Narayanpur (with the proper permission / all legal documentation by us)
Overnight- Kondagaon
D3-(Mon)- Dandami Maria village / Bison Horn Dance / Weekly market- Jagdalpur (200km-5hr drive+visit)
Meet the most colorful Dandami Maria tribes at their very isolated village in Gidam Jungle zone. And if possible enjoy their Bison Horn Group dance with proper costume and traditional music.
Visit their colorful weekly market also and enjoy the age old cook (roaster) fight organize by the ethnic group of every weekly market.
Overnight- Jagdalpur
D4-(Tue)- Maria village-Chitrakoot waterfall-Kanker (170km- 4hr drive+ visit)
Morning meet the colorful Maria Tribe at their village/ their worship place, visit the gorgeous Chitrakoot waterfall (famously known as Niagra of India) ,
Pm- visit the Gond village in Keshkal jungle zone/ their cremation place, village settlement, lifestyle etc
Overnight- Kanker
D5-(Wed)- Kanker- Rajim- Sourinarayan (290 km- 6hr drive+ visit
Early standup and drive towards Sourinarayan enroute visit the Rajim group of temples (8th c AD) on the bank of three rivers – the Mahanadi, the Sond and the Pairi (popularly called the prayag of Chhattisgarh ) and there is grand Rajim Kumbha Mela each year on the month of Feb-march attract thousands of devotees, tourist, sadhus to here.
Overnight- Sourinarayan
D6-(Thu)-Ramnami Tribe- Bilashpur (120km-2.30hr drive+ visit)
Full day excursion the most interesting Ramnami tribal village
Ramnami tribe– they tattoo whole of their body by mythological name “ rama” to protect from evil eyes. Very nice for photography.
Overnight- Bilashpur
D7-(Fri)-Baiga tribe village/ weekly market- Bharamdeo ( 140 km-4hr drive+ visit)
Morning after early breakfast explore the life style of Baiga tribe while hiking (30min-flat land) at their village . Also visit the their colorful weekly market in deep forest area. Then drive towards Bhoramdeo .
Overnight- Bhoramdeo
D8-(Sat)-Bhoramdeo- Raipur
Morning visit the Grand Bhoramdeo shiva temple-11th c AD (Popularly called khajuraho of Chhattisgarh) . And also visit Cherki Mahal, Madua Mahal etc Then drive towards Raipur. En route visit the Yadav village and warm hospitality by the village chief . Upon arrival check in a nice hotel .
Overnight- Raipur
D9- (sun)- Departure
Morning after breakfast check out and departure to airport for your onward journey.
